UNO Minda Ltd - Submission Of Newspapers Clippings

This is in continuation of our earlier communication(s) regarding the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Kosei Minda Aluminum Company Private Limited, Kosei Minda Mould Private Limited, Minda Kosei Aluminum Wheel Private Limited (Transferor Companies) with Uno Minda Limited (formerly known as Minda Industries Limited (Transferee Company) and as per the directions of Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi Bench ("Hon''ble Tribunal"), the second motion petition of the company, seeking sanction of the scheme is fixed for hearing and final disposal before the Hon''ble Tribunal on Thursday, 08 August, 2024. In this regard, as per the direction of the Hon''ble Tribunal, the "Notice of Petition" has been published on 05 July, 2024 in Business Standard (English) and Business Standard (Hindi) newspapers, the copy of the newspapers clippings are enclosed herewith.
