We wish to inform that Mr. Rakesh Batra (DIN-06511494) is completing his tenure of three years in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on 18 July, 2024 and he shall cease to be an Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 19 July, 2024.
