UNO Minda Ltd - Submission Of Newspapers Clippings

Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read alongwith the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the Rules") notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, we wish to inform that the notice of the company published on 14 August, 2024 in the newspapers i.e. Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) for the kind attention of all such shareholders of the erstwhile Harita Seating Systems Limited, merged with the Company, advising them to move an application to the company to claim the unclaimed interim dividend for the year 2017-18 onwards, so that the shares are not transferred to IEPF. The copy of the newspapers clippings is enclosed herewith.
