UNO Minda Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Mr. Ramesh KS has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for ECS-2 Domain of the Company w.e.f. 17 August, 2024. He shall report to Mr. Nirmal K. Minda, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. Further, the detailed disclosure, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated 13 July, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure I.
