Pursuant to Regulation 40(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a certificate, pursuant to Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, received from T. R. Vaidyanathan, a practicing Company Secretary, certifying that all certificates of shares have been issued within fifteen days of the date of lodgment for transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies for the half of the financial year ended on 30th September, 2017.
