UPL Limited - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate that the share certificate(s), as per the details given in the attachment, is / are reported to have been lost / misplaced and request is received by the Company through its Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof and accordingly, the Company has initiated due process for issue of duplicate share certificate(s).<BR> <BR> The duplicate share certificate(s) for the above shall be issued by Share Transfer Committee of the Company within 30 days of receipt of complete documents.<BR> <BR> May we request you to disseminate the above information on the website of the Stock Exchange(s) and inform all your constituents accordingly.<BR> <BR> Investors / Members of the Stock Exchange(s) are hereby cautioned not to deal in or make any transactions in respect of above share certificate(s).
