UPL Limited - Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate that the share certificate(s), as per details given in attachment, is / are reported to have been lost / misplaced and request from shareholder is received by the Company through its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu thereof. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ''Letter of Confirmation'' to the Shareholder(s) after compliance of required formalities.
