Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd, vide its letter dated July 02, 2015, has informed BSE that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement filed under section 6(2) of the Competition Act, 2002, with the Competition Commission of India by the Company on April 13, 2015, has been approved by the Commission in its meeting held on June 19, 2015, and as communicated vide their letter dated June 24, 2015.
