Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2017, considered the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and re-appointed Mr. Bal Kishore Malpani, as the Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from November 01, 2016 for a period of three years subject to approval of the shareholders.
