This is to inform you that as per the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall be closed from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
