Upsurge Investment & Finance Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons shall be closed with effect from 01st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
