Pursuant to provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting by Insiders and vide circular NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Trading Window for dealing in securities by specified person of the company will remain closed from 1st January 2022 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.
