The "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Persons" and "Insiders" with effect from 1st July 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2024.
