Pursuant to Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has entered into a Tripartite Agreement on 2nd July 2024 with M/s. KFin Technologies Limited ("New RTA") and M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited ("Old RTA").
