USHA MARTIN LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated in due course.
