We wish to inform that the company had already appointed Mrs. Sanjana Jain, as company secretary and compliance officer of the company on 4.5.2019 as per regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the company has already appointed M/s. Venture capital and corporate advisors private limited , as RTA as per regulation 7(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and there is no change in the compliance officer and RTA for the quarter ended 30.6.2024
