Ushakiran Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. As informed earlier, the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for transactions in shares of the company, is closed from 1st October, 2025 and shall remain closed as such till 17th November, 2025.
