In continuation of our letter dated May 17, 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform you that the Implementing Agency in its meeting held today, has inter-alia approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations, we enclose the following: a. Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2024; and b. Auditors' Reports on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone). The meeting of the Implementing Agency commenced at 4.15 p.m. and concluded at 7 p.m. This is for your information and records.
