UTI Asset Management Company Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations , 2015 and Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives'', the trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, the 1st April, 2024 to Saturday, the 27th April, 2024 (both days inclusive).
