Uttam Galva Steels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the "Insider Trading Code of Uttam Galva Steels Limited", pursuance to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the start of business hours of May 25, 2016 to the closure of business hours of May 30, 2016.
