V2 Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, for the purpose of considering and adopting the unaudited Financial Results along with limited review report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting by the Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Insiders from January 14, 2017 to January 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
