The trading window for dealing in the securities (equity shares) of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives, will be closed with effect from closing of the business hours on June 30, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2024.
