Vaarad Ventures Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with Company''s Insider Trading Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the listed securities of the Company shall be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from October 1, 2020 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30,2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> The above is for your information and record.<BR>
