Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, on 862668 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
