The trading window purchasing/ selling or dealing in shares of the Company is closed from 01st April 2024 for the Designated persons/ employees and their immediate relatives. The trading window will open 48 hours till the announcement of Financial results to the Stock Exchange for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024.
