Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to VGL ESOP (As Amended)-2006, the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company has granted 76,570 stock options convertible into 76,570 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on September 25, 2015, to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
