Vaibhav Global Ltd - Board declares Second Interim Dividend

Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2021, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share (i.e. 75% on the face value of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share) for the financial year 2021-22.
