With reference to captioned subject, please be informed that the Company has allotted 1,40,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each on 13th December, 2021 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under VGL Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006. <BR> <BR> Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,77,66,854 consisting of 16,38,83,427 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.
