Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014. The Board will also consider the allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options.
