Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to VGL ESOP ( As Amended) - 2006, the Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2014 has granted 25,726 Stock Options convertible into 25,726 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each to the eligible employees of Company and its Subsidiary.
