Valecha Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on October 17, 2014, after resignation of Mr. Anil Harish (Chairman - Independent and Non Executive Director), Mr. Arvind Thakkar, Non Executive and Independent Director has been appointed as Chairman of the Company w.e.f. October 17, 2014.
