Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct, the window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2025 till 14th November 2025, in view of the forthcoming consideration/approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ended 30th September 2025.
