Valson Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, has recommended dividend on equity shares @ 10% p.a. (i.e. Re. 1/- per equity share) subject to approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting.
