With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020.
