Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed w.e.f July 01st, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30th 2024, for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company''s Code of Conduct. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30th, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
