Appointment of Priti J Sheth & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for conducting secretarial audit for the Financial Year 2024-25; b. Re-appointment of Mr. Akash Vardhan as Managing Director of the company for a period of 3 years with effect from 29th March, 2025 to 29th March, 2028. Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 details of appointment of Secretarial Auditor and Managing Director are enclosed.
