VARDHMAN HOLDINGS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has decided that the ''Trading Window'' of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2022 (09:00 a.m.) and will re-open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 are made public.
