VARUN MERCANTILE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
