Vascon Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2014, inter alia, have discussed and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board of Directors have approved the issue of Equity Shares on Right basis upto Rs. 120 crore (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty Crore only).<br/><br/>2. Statement of Utilization of Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds pursuant to clause 43 of Listing Agreement.
