In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the register of members and share transfer books in respect of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from September 14, 2025 to September 20, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of convening AGM of the Company to be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025
