Vaswani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2015, has availed credit facilities from State Bank of India (the Bank/ SBI), Commercial Branch, Pachpedi Naka, Raipur and taken note of MBP-1 received from the director for the year 2015-2016.
