Vedanta Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As intimated earlier vide Letter No. VEDL/Sec./SE/22-23/172 dated December 27, 2022, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons from Sunday, January 01, 2023 to Sunday, January 29, 2023 (both days inclusive).
