Veljan Denison Limited - Board recommends Dividend

Veljan Denison Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 75% on 225000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each i.e. Rs. 7.50 per Share for the period April 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014.
