VENUS REMEDIES LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have appointed Dr. Savita Gupta as Additional Director (Non- Executive Independent Director) w.e.f. 30th December 2021 to hold office till the conclusion of the next General Meeting and will be appointed as regular Non -Executive Independent Director for five consecutive years, subject to approval of members in the next general meeting.
