VENUS REMEDIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company, as defined under the said Regulations, from January 1, 2023, till 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2022.
