Venus Universal Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>1. To consider and take on record the financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 and submit to auditor of the Company for limited review.<br/><br/>2. To make discussion on infusion of funds in the business of the company and consider various alternatives available for it and authorize directors of the company to adopt suitable alternative for the same.
