VERITAS (INDIA) LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provision of the Company''s Insider trading code read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015, (as amended), the "Trading Window" for trading in securities of the Company for all designated person, shall remain closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Company''s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024
