Veto Switchgears and Cables Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the securities and exchange board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the provisions of the "Code of conduct" for trading in Listed Securities of Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected person from Wednesday, October 01st, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting in which unaudited financial results for the second quarter/ half year ending 30th September, 2025 shall be considered/ approved.
