Viaan Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> This is to inform that, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and clarification issued by BSE Limited vide its circular dated April 2, 2019 bearing no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st January, 2021 for the Directors, Promoters, and Designated Persons till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> Accordingly designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record.
