Vibrant Global Capital Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

In compliance with provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Saturday, 18th May 2024, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.75/- per equity share (7.50%) on 2,29,07,380 equity shares of Rs. 10/- for the financial year ended 31st March 2024. The final dividend, if approved and declared by the members of the Company, at the ensuing Annual General meeting will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days of the conclusion of said AGM.
